Kanda x Reader Part 2

You stared at Komui. "Black Order?"

He looked back down at you. "Yes, it is where you are currently. It is home to all Exorcists, and, soon you too."

You look down at the leash in your hands with a somber gaze. "It's because of this isn't it?"

Komui looked shocked a bit, but regained his composure. "Indeed it is, and because you have it would like to come with me for a few moments?"

You nodded and followed him to what seemed like a upside down floated pyramid with fencing around it's sides. You wondered what it was used for. Your mental question was answered when it started moving downward, like an elevator. You glanced over at Komui who was calmly writing, or it looked like he was writing, something down on a clipboard.

"So, um, what's Innocence?" You asked him quietly and quickly.

He posed like he was about to go into a long lecture. "Innocence is what god gave us to defend ourselves against akuma." He went into the details of what Innocence was and how it came to be. "And then, when an Innocence bonds with a human, an accommodator like yourself. It forms into a weapon so the accommodator can fight akuma."

You looked down at the collar in your hands. "Then this collar... is a piece of Innocence?"

He nodded. "And here is where we're going to see how much you can synchronize with your Innocence. Now do you know what the collar can do and where it came from?"

You nodded. "My father said it emerged from my neck and arm when I was born. He told me if I activate it then a kitsune will be summoned and I would absorb its abilities."

Komui looked genuinely shocked. "Do you think you could activate it?"

You hesitated. "Well I only ever used it once, and I don't really remember it all too well. But I'll try."

He looked down at his clipboard and motioned you to start. You put the collar around your neck and clasped the whip part to your arm (you had three clasps on your arm, one on your biceps, one on your elbow and one on your wrist, they were hidden because you had a long sleeve shirt on). You focused on the collar and whispered. "Innocence activate."

A flash of light sprouted from around you, and your hair whipped up as a wind from below you hit you. As you opened your eyes you were shocked to see a light brown nine-tailed fox with white paws and tail tips sitting infront of you, simply staring at you. You blinked as it bowed to you, and as if by telepathy it communicated with you.

Hello (y/n), I am here to help you fight demons. I would normally immediately merge with your body as soon as I am summoned, but I sensed no demons so I stayed in physical form.

You stared at her, well you resumed it was a her. "How come I can hear you but you don't open your mouth?"

She stared into your eyes. I'm able to speak to my summoner through telepathy, but only you're able to hear this, like the man standing over there cannot hear me. You're also able to talk telepathically to me.

You focused your thoughts on speaking to her. What can I call you?

She smiled slightly. Call me Kisa.

You looked to Komui. "She says to call her Kisa and that she normally would immediately bond with my body, but she didn't sense any demons, so she's in physical form."

He scribbled something down on the clipboard. "You spoke to her through telepathy I suppose then."

You nodded in agreement. "Ja."

Komui looked off the pyramid into the void. "She's ready for the test Hevlaska."

As he said this a glowing white 'it' appeared.

"This is Hevlaska, she's actually a Exorcist too. She'll look at your Innocence and see your synchro rate, which is how easily you can activate your Innocence." Komui introduced.

You stepped toward her and was lifted up by Hevlaska's arms, she touched the collar that was now imbedded in your neck and touched her forehead to yours. She started whispering something. "Synchro rate, 14%… 25%… 47%… 78%… 110%…" As soon as Hevlaska said 110% Komui looked up in shock. "133%… Maximum synchro rate 133%."

Hevlaska then set you back down on the pyramid. You turned to Komui. "So how did I do?"

He cleared his throat and looked at you. "You have one of the highest synchro rates ever recorded, the average synchro rate is around 70%, with the exceptions of generals."

Your eyes nearly bugged out of your head, you, the mishap child always clumsy and not good at anything, has done something completely exceptional? "Then… what do I do now?"

Komui started to explain what would happen to you as he controlled the pyramid to up. "My lovely little sister, Lenalee, will show you around and introduce you to the few Exorcists that are the headquarters right now. Although it seems you met Kanda and Allen already."

You nodded once again. 

When you were back up there was a pretty aqua haired girl, who you supposed was Lenalee, was waiting for them. Komui clasped his hands together and got hearts in his eyes. "Lenalee were you waiting for meeeee?"

She flicked him in the forehead. "I'm here to greet the new Exorcist and show her around."

You waved at her. "Hello I'm (y/n) (l/n). Nice to meet you Lenalee."

She smiled at you. "Nice to meet you swell, now let me show you around."
